All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Full payment is due before the service begins. The business is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Services are supplied by Zhiwei Meng, trading as Martin Digital Consultancy, a sole trader in Sheffield, United Kingdom. The agreed scope and delivery date are confirmed before payment. Prices are in GBP and payment is due in full before work begins.
Services are advisory and remote only. They do not include hardware repair, access to customer passwords, regulated financial advice, legal advice or medical advice. Customers remain responsible for decisions and changes made to their own devices, accounts and business.
Sessions are delivered by video call, telephone or email as stated in the service description. Written summaries are normally delivered within 2 business days and setup plans within 5 business days, unless a different date is agreed in writing.
A customer who cancels at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. With less than 48 hours’ notice, one free reschedule is available. If we cannot provide the agreed service, the customer may choose a full refund or a new date.
UK consumers purchasing remotely generally have a 14-day cancellation period. If a customer expressly asks for work to begin during that period and then cancels, a proportionate amount may be retained for work already supplied. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
